For your convenience, McFarland Clinic offers several options to pay your account balance. McFarland Clinic accepts cash, checks, debit cards, and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express).

Pay Your Bill Online
Personal Accounts
- If you have a Personal account, you can pay your bill online by logging in to MyChart.
- If you do not have a MyChart account, you can sign up for one using the Activation Code provided on your statement.
- You can also make a one-timepayment without logging in to MyChart. You will need the Guarantor ID and last name providedon your statement.
Corporate Accounts
- If you have a Corporate account, you can pay your bill online by logging in to yourMySecureBill account.
- If you do not have a MySecureBill account, you can sign up for one using the EZ Match Code provided on your statement.
- You can also make a one-time payment without logging in to your account using the EZ Match Code provided on your statement.

Emergency Services & Uninsured Patients
Be assured that emergency service will not be delayed or withheld on the basis of a patient’s ability to pay. If you do not have health insurance, please contact our Financial Services Department at 515-239-4598. We will review our discount options for uninsured patients, as well as other payment and financial assistance options that may be available.
Financial Counseling
Please know that you will be treated with dignity and compassion every step of the way, regardless of your ability to pay. If you are unable to pay your bill in full, financial assistance is available based on the Federal Government Poverty Guidelines published each year.
