When will the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 trailer release?
After a two-year wait,Sonic the Hedgehog 3's release is finally right around the corner, currently set for a December 20 date, and yet no proper trailer has been released for the threequel by Paramount, save for a brief snippet of footage shown at CinemaCon in April. Though there is some concern this is pointing to a release date delay, I think it's more likely Paramount is saving the trailer to be released around the same time as Transformers One, given the prequel's family-friendly tone and leaving just enough time untilSonic the Hedgehog 3's arrival to build anticipation.

What would be Avengers: Secret Wars' best superhero team-up?
Avengers: Secret Wars has the potential to feature a wide array of MCU and multiverse heroes. In order to defeat Robert Downey Jr.'s Doctor Doom, many powerful heroes will have to team up, and that could include some pairings that fans have been waiting to see for a very long time. The superhero duo I most want to see is Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man with Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, as the two helped set the path for future Marvel movies. I'd also love to see Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man with a Spider-Woman version of Emma stone's Gwen Stacy, bringing their chemistry back.

Who should take over playing Freddy Krueger in A Nightmare On Elm Street?
Robert Englund recently confirmed that he would not be playing Freddy Krueger in theNightmare on Elm Streetfranchise again in the future beyond a potential animated movie, leaving the door open for someone else to take on the role. Though the prior attempt to relaunch the franchise with the Jackie Earle Haley-led 2010 remake was largely dismissed by critics, Haley's performance has stood out as one of the few good things about it for me, and I would certainly be open to him coming back. If not, other people I think would be great are Englund's own secondary pick, Kevin Bacon, particularly as it would be a fun full-circle moment to see him go from slasher victim in the originalFriday the 13thto an iconic slasher, Richard Brake, who is often incredibly haunting in the indie horror genre sphere, or if they want to go in a more quippy direction as the later sequels did, I would love to see Doug Jones or Matthew Lillard.

Would you like to see a direct sequel to Prometheus?
As someone who honestly enjoys a significant amount ofPrometheus, I admire the tonal difference between it and the originalAlienfilms. I wonder if there's some merit to the idea of having a direct sequel or series based on David, Shaw, and the world of the Engineers introduced in that film. We see some continuation inAlien: Covenant, but it's almost an entirely fresh cast and felt like more of a tone shift. WithAlien: Romulusnow bringing the saga back to its roots, I'd love to see other films explore more of the concepts established in the prequels.

Is Henry Cavill's Superman suit better than David Corenswet's?
It has been revealed that David Corenswet auditioned to become the DCU's Clark Kent in Henry Cavill's Superman suit. We now have seen quite a few set photos and videos of David Corenswet's Superman costume, as well as an official image shared by DC. I prefer the brighter tone of Corenswet's Superman suit, as well as the addition of Superman's classic red trunks. However, I'm not a fan of its baggy look, and Henry Cavill's sleeker costume is better in that regard.

Who Was The Best Minor Love Interest In The Harry Potter Movies?
Throughout the Harry Potter franchise, the Golden Trio had multiple love interests before Harry and Ginny, as did Ron and Hermoine, ended up together. There’s been much debate over the years regarding whether these were the best Harry Potter couples or if some other love interests fit better for the characters. I started thinking about this when Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) and Afshan Azad (Padma Patil) reunited. Though I don’t think Padma and Ron were meant for each other, I liked the idea of Cho Chang and Harry together, even though they weren’t each other's dates to the Yule Ball.

Beyond Superman, which confirmed DCU hero are you most excited to see in the 2025 movie?
While David Corenswet's debut as the Man of Steel in 2025'sSupermanwill no doubt be exciting, he's not the only confirmed hero who will be introduced in the very first DCU movie. The Justice League International looks to be involved with characters such as Guy Gardner's Green Lantern, Mister Terrific, Hawkgirl, and Metamorpho. Beyond Superman himself, I'm very excited to see how Metamorpho will be translated into live-action. Played by Anthony Carrigan, Rex Mason aka Metamorpho can transmute his body into several elements and form them at will. As such, this will be a fascinating power to see on-screen.

Is Jensen Ackles playing Batman in the DCU?
Batman will debut in the new DC Universe's The Brave and the Bold movie. The Boys star Jensen Ackles has been rumored to play Bruce Wayne, which James Gunn, the DCU's creative chief, has shot down. Ackles could still be cast as Batman; however, no actor has been chosen at the moment, with casting for the new Batman only starting when the movie has its script ready. Based on his dark and action-heavy roles in Supernatural and The Boys, as well as being the voice of Batman in DC's animated Tomorrowverse, Ackles would be perfect for the DCU's Dark Knight.

With the upcoming release of Nosferatu, what is your favorite vampire movie?
Robert Eggers' Nosferatu is nearing its release date, but it is not the first vampire movie to come out this year. Over the course of the last few years, there seems to be a resurgence in bringing this iconic monster back to the big screen - and I, for one, am not mad at it. There have been so fantastic vampire films recently that are actually quite scary, but to be honest, I love a good horror-comedy. While I am certainly looking forward to seeing Nosferatu in theaters, my favorite vampire movie is one that came out this year as well - and that is Abigail. Still my favorite film of the year, this movie hit all the right comedic beats for me, while still delivering on the blood and jump scares. It is a fun addition to vampire lore. Perhaps it is just recency bias, but Abigail sits at the top of my list among other great vampire movies like Interview With The Vampire, Blade, and What We Do In The Shadows.

Who should play Rogue in the MCU's X-Men reboot?
As development continues on the Marvel Cinematic Universe-set reboot of the X-Menfranchise, fans continue to voice their picks for who should play the iconic mutant superhero team, including Rogue. While some minds may gravitate to the likes of Jenna Ortega or Millie Bobby Brown for the role, I'd personally be intrigued to see Mckenna Grace's take on the character, as she's not only shown an incredible acting range in the recentGhostbustersmovie andA Friend of the Family, but also an interesting mix of introverted and extroverted personalities with her characters that I think would suit Rogue perfectly. Additionally, given the MCU has recast actors in the past, Grace's prior role as a young Carol Danvers could easily be a non-issue.

Should Gal Gadot be the DCU's Wonder Woman?
The new DC Universe has yet to announce who will play its Wonder Woman. However, all signs point to Gal Gadot — like the rest of the DCEU's Justice League cast — being out of the role. While I mostly liked Gadot's Wonder Woman, I don't think she was the definitive casting for the character. As such, I think casting a new actor as the DCU's Wonder Woman would be the ideal move, making way for a new era for Diana Prince, perhaps with a bigger focus on her Greek ties. Hit Man's Adria Arjona would be a great choice.

What is the most underrated war movie of all time?
War movies like Apocalypse Now and Saving Private Ryan stand out as the most distinguished war films of their respective eras, but there are some unbelievable classics that slipped through the cracks and never achieved commercial popularity. Terrence Malick's The Thin Red Line is my favorite war movie and it's one that I insist is underrated and underappreciated. Not only is Malick one of the most impressive visual directors ever, but the cast is filled with A-list actors, and it's got a stunning musical score

Set photos from Ohio have revealed the best look yet at David Corenswet's Superman costume, as well as showing off a first look at his Clark Kent alterego, complete with curly hair. The Superman costume is still proving to be divisive, with some preferring Henry Cavill's sleeker design, and lots in favor of the old school comic aesthetic. But what do you think? Do the Man of Steel and his mild-mannered disguise look the part?

Do you want to see Bill Skarsgård's Count Orlok ahead of Nosferatu's release?
New character posters have been released for the upcomingNosferatu, and yet Bill Skarsgård's Count Orlok has yet to get a proper full look. I personally hope that the studio keeps him completely under wraps until the movie's release, as it's clear that the design is going to be very different from that of prior versions, and I would love for it to be a surprise while watching it, especially if it's as horrifying as I think it will be.

Are you looking forward to the DCU's Wonder Woman prequel series?
There is still no movement on a new Wonder Woman movie. However, James Gunn recently confirmed that the DCU's Wonder Woman prequel series, Paradise Lost, is in very active development. While I would prefer to get more from Diana Prince before a spinoff series focused on the Amazons, the show being set in Themyscira and described as a Game of Thrones-like series has me interested.

Which action star do you think would've been a great John Wick?
I think Keanu Reeves was a great casting choice for John Wick, but when I recently learned that Bruce Willis was initially considered, it actually made a lot of sense. I don't think there are many who could've led theJohn Wickfranchise as well as Reeves, but if I had to pick someone, I'd sayJon Bernthal. If he wasn't already The Punisher, I think he would've done a great job.

What do you think about the rumors that Kraven won't have any Spider-Man or SSU ties?
It's been rumored that Sony's upcoming Kraven the Hunter movie won't feature any ties to Spider-Man or to the greater Sony Spider-Man Universe. While that is pretty disappointing, my expectations for Sony's universe have fallen massively low. At this point, I'm just hoping for a good story where Aaron Taylor-Johnson delivers a strong performance.

I totally understand that the age gap between Georgie and Mandy was a hot topic inYoung Sheldon, but I feel thatGeorgie & Mandy's First Marriagebrings it up far too often. It's great that the age-gap sitcom trope has been subverted, as normally, it's the male partner who is older than the female. However, I'm getting a bit fed up with all the constant digs about Georgie's age, especially from Audrey. Obviously, it's a big thing in their relationship, but I feel like it's overdone already, and we're only five episodes intoGeorgie & Mandy's First Marriage.

What's been your favorite surprise cameo in the MCU's Multiverse Saga?
Chris Evans returning to the MCU as The Human Torch is one of my favorite surprise Multiverse Saga cameos thus far. I especially loved Deadpool's assumption that he was Captain America at first. However, I was also a big fan of John Krasinski as a variant of Mister Fantastic, and Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock inSpider-Man: No Way Home.

What is your favorite sci-fi movie?
The sci-fi genre is one of the most varied in storytelling, offering everything from the mind-bending twists of Christopher Nolan's Inception to the more thought-provoking themes of Children of Men. But the best sci-fi movies find a way to balance weightier thematics with grandiose set pieces, and few have done this better than Ridley Scott's Blade Runner, or even Denis Villeneuve's sequel. Both movies did a fantastic job of exploring the nature of AI and the thin line between created and natural life while also delivering some unforgettable set pieces and production design.
